INDIA:

Job Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day execution of buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements.
• Oversees and reviews financial analyses related to historical performance, earnings sustainability, working capital, and cash flow.
• Coordinates engagement workplans, timelines, and team responsibilities to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
• Synthesizes diligence findings and supports preparation of client-ready reports and deliverables.
• Serves as a key point of contact for client requests and supports client discussions related to diligence findings.
• Collaborates with tax, valuation, integration, and other advisory teams to deliver integrated Deal Services Advisory insights.
• Coaches and develops associates, senior associates, and supervisors through review and feedback.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 6–9 years of experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing teams and multiple workstreams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting private equity or corporate transaction clients.
• CPA or progress toward CPA or equivalent credential.
• Professional services or consulting experience.

Additional Role Expectations

• Travel: Up to 25%, depending on engagement needs.
• Peak Periods: Increased workload during active transaction phases.
• Licensure Progress: Active progress toward relevant licensure where applicable.
• Scheduling: Flexibility to meet client and engagement deadlines.
