The Team 
We are looking for professionals to support and deliver consulting engagements in digital assets across banking and capital markets, covering crypto, blockchain/DLT, tokenization, and CBDC-related use cases. The role will focus on combining financial services domain expertise with emerging digital asset capabilities to drive strategy, product development, and operating model transformation.

How you will contribute

• Support delivery of strategy and transformation engagements in digital assets for banks, asset managers, and market infrastructure players
• Contribute to product program development (e.g., tokenized assets, digital custody, DLT-based payments)
• Conduct market research, use-case assessment, and benchmarking across crypto and blockchain ecosystems
• Design target operating models, business processes, and governance frameworks for digital asset initiatives
• Support development of business cases, feasibility studies, and regulatory strategies
• Work closely with onshore teams and clients to deliver structured problem-solving and insights
• Track evolving regulatory and market developments in digital assets (global and regional)

Qualifications 

• 7-10 years of experience in financial services consulting / banking / capital markets / payments / treasury
• Experience in digital assets use cases such as:
  • Tokenization of assets/securities
  • Digital custody and wallets
  • DLT-based clearing, settlement, or payments
  • Crypto market infrastructure or CBDC initiatives
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to create client-ready presentations and structured deliverables
