Overview Experience Details • 4-7 years’ experience in similar field • Previous experience of working with a digital media agency • Managed end to end Digital Media Planning campaigns • Platform knowledge – Facebook, Google, Programmatic, Publishers • Good vendor relations • Should have managed a team of individual multi-functional individuals Job Related Skills • Developing Media Strategy to achieve respective brand’s objectives • Planning, implementing & execution of the campaigns • Overall account management- suggesting digital innovations, brand & campaign strategy, performance reviews, managing the respective stakeholders • Manage complex projects with an ability to handle multiple projects at a time • Set and meet deadlines for self as well as others • Abreast with industry trends and innovations to drive thought leadership in business. • Media dashboard experience – Adwords, Dv360, Facebook • Analytically bent with Creative mindset • Thorough understanding and management of media governance processes and inter department relationships Most Important Skills • Strong in verbal, numerical and strategic reasoning • Good presentation and communication skills • Inter-personal relationship builder and stakeholder management is critical • Knowledge of media planning tools – Comscore, GWI, Similarweb etc.
