We are seeking a talented individual to join our – Placements team at Marsh Risk India, a Marsh business. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office
Manager- Placements
We will count on you to:
- From the support and administrative level, may be responsible for leading daily operations.
- Coordinates the tactical logistics and task assignments of client relationship projects.
- Addresses problems and issues that may be of a sensitive, difficult, non-routine or moderately complex nature.Advises professionals and managers of resulting corrective actions
- Responds to requests or inquiries from clients concerning sales and project items and issues
- Resolves moderately sophisticated issues or refers them to the professional/managerial staff
- Under the supervision of the professional and managerial staff, trains, delegates and reviews the work of lower level support employees.
- Participates on internal teams to research and identify areas for enhancement or change.
- Influences others outside the department regarding practices and procedures.
- Assists with on-boarding new hires or transfers-in. As recognized specialist, acts as the advice and monitoring conduit for a broad variety of Client Relationship issues.
- Works on special projects as directed by management to enhance the client relationship process
- Prepares client relationship management and activity reports
What you need to have:
- 7+ years of experience in insurance industry.
- Domain Knowledge preferred.
- MBA degree
- Technical knowledge - MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook
