Job Description: Management Accountant - CMA

Location: Hoziwala Industrial Estate, Sachin, Surat, GujaratSalary Range:₹50,000 – ₹62,000 per month

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Accountant or CMA or Semi-Qualified CMA to manage financial reporting, MIS, and costing functions for a solar panel recycling company. The role requires strong expertise in data analysis, cost control, and Excel-based reporting to support strategic decision-making across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage financial reports and MIS (daily/weekly/monthly)
• Handle costing activities across departments, including recycling operations
• Perform cost analysis, variance analysis, and profitability tracking
• Work extensively on MS Excel for data crunching and financial modeling
• Support management with actionable financial insights and reports
• Monitor cost efficiency and identify areas for cost optimization

Eligibility Criteria:

• Cost Accountant /Qualified/Semi-Qualified CMA
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in finance, MIS, or costing
• Prior experience in manufacturing/recycling industry preferred

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of MIS reporting, costing, and financial analysis
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (data analysis, formulas, dashboards)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle large datasets and derive insights
• High attention to detail and accuracy
