Logistics Analyst

Job Description:

·       Manage US-domestic supplier’s bookings based on allocation plans; coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics coordination teams and update systems (e.g., Matrix factors OTM).

·       Support the development of modeling, measurement, and process improvement techniques by integrating operational concepts with quantitative analysis.

·       Monitor master file transactions to ensure compliance with project title transfer requirements and timely completion of IR/IF activities as per SOP.

·       Solve complex operational problems independently, applying creativity and analytical thinking with minimal supervision.

·       Monitor and manage booking process as per OTM guidelines.

·       Perform weekly and monthly reconciliation of allocation vs. ASN; collaborate with planning and suppliers to resolve discrepancies.

·       Prepare and deliver financial reports including reconciliation, post month-end, and accrual reports.

·       Review and validate bookings in systems to ensure timely processing and support on-time customer delivery.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design and implement effective logistics solutions.

·       Generate and maintain regular reports and analytics on logistics performance (e.g., receipts, fulfillment etc.).

·       Conduct benchmarking and research to improve logistics processes and implement best practices.

·       Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with company goals and core values.

·       Coordinate with vendors, freight forwarders, and warehouses to ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations.

·       Track and maintain accurate records of all domestic inbound and outbound shipments.

·       Monitor inventory transactions and resolve errors to ensure high inventory accuracy.

·       Manage and track sample shipments (engineering, marketing, etc.) within the system.

·       Utilize advanced Excel and ERP systems for data analysis, reporting, and operational management.

·       Support ad hoc tasks and projects as required.
