As an SAP Integration Suite Specialist, you will join our dynamic Data & Infrastructure team, where we are dedicated to empowering the business with self-service tools, robust data foundations, and scalable cloud infrastructure solutions. Our mission also includes upskilling teams across the organization to build long-term capabilities and promote a data-driven mindset.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with functional teams across all areas of the Satair organization. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, partnering with business analysts and domain experts to provide technological insights, define integration standards, and connect our enterprise systems to optimize processes and maximize value for our customers. You will ensure that the underlying infrastructure, integration flows, and orchestration pipelines are running smoothly and as effectively as possible.

Our team is truly global, reflecting Satair’s international footprint with colleagues and offices all across the globe. This means you will work in small, agile, cross-functional teams, focused on delivering practical, high-impact solutions side-by-side with the business.

• Improve and maintain our core integration flows and connectivity solutions running on the SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration / CPI, API Management).

  
  
  

• Design, build, and optimize data pipelines and workflows utilizing Apache Airflow to orchestrate seamless data movement across SAP and non-SAP ecosystems.

  
  
  

• Focus on optimization, automation, and backend pipeline enhancements leveraging robust Python scripts and advanced SQL queries.

  
  
  

• Engage with functional teams to understand end-to-end processes, identify integration pain points, and uncover opportunities for improvement through data and emerging technologies.

  
  
  

• Translate analysis into actionable outcomes by developing automated tools, secure APIs, and integrated workflows that enhance productivity and business value.

  
  
  

• Design and deliver Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to quickly test, validate, and address critical business connectivity and data sharing challenges.

You bring a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset—comfortable with rapid experimentation and iteration when building digital products and integration tools. You understand the intersection of core business processes (SAP) and modern data environments, and you are passionate about solving real-world industrial and operational challenges.

• Deep, hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, API Management, Open Connectors) is essential.

  
  
  

• Robust coding abilities in Python and strong command of SQL are required for data manipulation, scripting, and pipeline optimization.

  
  
  

• Proven experience with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration, scheduling, and monitoring.

  
  
  

• Experience working with APIs (REST/SOAP), data structures, modern cloud stacks, and DevOps tools/practices would be a strong plus.

  
  
  

• A university degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.

  
  
  

• 3–5 years of experience in an integration engineering, data engineering, or similar technical role within a complex business environment.

  
  
  

• Strong knowledge of English, both orally and in writing.
