Key Responsibilities & Functional skills:

1. Minimum 8-10 years of coding experience in MERN stack (NodeJS, JavaScript & TypeScript, MongoDB, ReactJS , HTML, CSS) and creating Enterprise Applications with high performance Responsive Web Applications.
2. At least 2 years of Team Leading experience in respective technology.
3. Degree, Post graduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry
   experience)
4. Banking or Retail domains knowledge is good to have
5. Hands on experience in performance tuning, debugging and  monitoring
6. Good experience on Test Driven Development and Automation testing using Playwright or Selenium is preferred
7. Deep knowledge of waterfall and agile development practices in general as well as
   in specific areas of development
8. Understanding of containerization, experienced in Dockers , Kubernetes
9. Familiar with Distributed services resiliency and monitoring in a production
   environment.
10. Understanding of Single-Sign-on or token-based authentication (Rest, JWT, OAuth)
11. Possess expert knowledge of task/message queues include but not limited to: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Pushpin and Kafka.
12. Writing tested, idiomatic, and documented JavaScript, HTML and CSS
13. Experiencing in Developing responsive web-based UI
14. Have experience on Styled Components, Tailwind CSS, Material UI and other CSSin-JS techniques
15. Thorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, database, API, caching layer, proxies, and other web services used in the system
16. Experiencing in sizing development effort based on functional and non-functional
    requirements.
17. Ability to Coach/mentor software engineers in the coding, configuration, and unit testing of new systems/applications.
18. Stays on top of technology trends, experimenting with and learning new
    technologies
19. Experience in Banking, Financial and Fintech experience in an enterprise environment preferred
20. Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices
21. Experience in Agile methodology
22. Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization
23. Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best in class technologies
24. Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectiveness, by sharing deep knowledge and experience
25. Self-motivator and self-starter, Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization.
26. Have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management
27. Skills: MERN Stack, React.js, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), JavaScript, TypeScript, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) and NoSQL
