We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer You’ll make a difference by: Nice To have : 1) Previous experience with WinCCOA platform 2) Previous experience in Railway domain 3) familiarity with CI/CD tools (Gitlab, Artifactory etc) 3) Experience of working in Agile/Scrum Environments using Jira key Responsibility : 1) Core Developement : Design, Implement, test and maintain SCADA software using WinCCOA platform (CTRL/CTRL ++ language) and C++/C# 2) Full lifecycle ownership : manage the software developement cycle from software requirement to high level and low level of design, implementation of code, unit testing, documentation and final delivery 3) Code, design and documentation reviews 4) Mentoring of team members 5) resolving technical queries for team members Required Qualifications: 1) Minimum 9 years of relevant experience in C++ and development projects 2) Solid understanding of Object Oriented Programming 3) Extensive knowledge of software design principles Your success is grounded in: 9+ years of experience is required.
