We are seeking applications for the position Lead Geo Technical Expert K1 for MML 5,9&7A.

• Assist Project Director/Dy. Project Director in interpreting geotechnical investigations for foundation design.

  
  
  

• Coordinate closely with Design Engineers to interpret geotechnical investigations for foundation design.

  
  
  

• Identify additional geotechnical investigations if required; advise on design changes where soil/strata differ from approved investigation-based designs.

  
  
  

• Conduct comprehensive review and synthesis of historical geological data, previous site surveys, and regional soil maps to establish project baseline.

  
  
  

• Oversee planning and execution of initial site-specific tests, ensuring high-quality data collection to validate preliminary design assumptions and streamline tendering.

  
  
  

• Education qualification – Graduate (Civil/ Geotech Engineering)
• Years of experience – 25+ years with 5 years in metro projects.
• Prior experience requirement - 25+ years with 5 years in metro projects.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.
• Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.
• Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority
• Strong leadership skills, proven ability to lead a team effort & make independent decision and be a good troubleshooter.
