Lead Engineer - IAM SailPoint

We are looking for a skilled SailPointIdentityIQ(IIQ) Developer with 4–7years of experience in IAM to support the development, automation, and integration of identity governance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize SailPoint IIQ components (workflows, rules, connectors, certifications, provisioning).

  
  

• Configure JML lifecycle, RBAC, and access request processes.

  
  

• Automate provisioning andintegrationsusing Python/PowerShell and REST APIs.

  
  

• Integrate IIQ with AD/Azure AD, HR systems, ServiceNow, and databases.

  
  

• Support governance processes includingSoD, access reviews, and audit compliance.

  
  

• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, andoptimizeperformance.

  
  

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ development.

  
  

• Proficiencyin Java,Beanshell, XML/JSON.

  
  

• Experience with REST APIs, automation scripting, and CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).

  
  

• Solid understanding of IAM concepts (RBAC, JML, provisioning, certifications).

  
  

• SQL knowledge (Oracle/SQL Server).

  
  

Preferred:

• Exposure toOkta, Microsoft Entra ID, Terraform/Ansible, Docker/Kubernetes.

  
  

• SailPoint certification is a plus.
