Lead DevOps Engineer

Ericsson is presently seeking a proactive and skilled DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic, inclusive team. This role provides an exciting opportunity to streamline the delivery procedures of our software solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate with the DevOps Architect to enhance delivery processes and solution designs, ensuring an effective balance of time, cost, and quality. Key activities include tool installation, configuration, integration, code development, unit and system verification tests. Continuous learning is valued here; hence the ideal candidate will be open to developing new skills, sharing innovative ideas, and fostering a culture of automation.

- Aid in presales activities and pre-studies.

- Analyze customer needs and existing network operations, recommending appropriate DevOps solutions, and anticipating impacts on current workflows.

- Propose solutions, development needs, integration, testing, and acceptance strategies based on analyzed requirements.

- Design and develop software programs, data, and scripts, tracking and rectifying any defects.

- Integrate software components in the DevOps operative environment, ensuring alignment with target requirements, and supporting system tests.

- Drive continual improvement by analyzing and suggesting enhancements to development, performance, and quality procedures.

- Provide coaching and guidance to junior DevOps Engineers and steer the DevOps team in the right direction.

- Cloud Technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Container, Microservices, spring boot).

- Shell Scripting.
