Basic Function:

• Maintains the highest standards when handling guest laundry processing procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and maintaining a high quality standard.

Role and Responsibilities

• Helps Administrators with administrative work for the Laundry department and provides accounting with an up-to-date report with regards to cost occurred by other departments.
• Responsible for giving instruction and assigning duties to the laundry staff and maintain discipline in the department.
• Ensure that all laundry equipment is kept in good working condition and staffs are trained to use it correctly.
• Controlling all waste happening in Laundry.
• Ensure all health & safety requirements are adhered to, including the use of chemicals by you and Laundry team. 
• Ensure Departmental Performance Plan is understood and implemented.
• Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Laundry Attendant and Laundry Manager

Education: Hotel Management

Experience: Minimum 2 Years in the same role.

Skills and Abilities: Ability to read, write and speak English.
