An Ideal Candidate:

Candidate's with bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Professional Engineer (PE) license in California 10-15 years of experience in civil engineering, Land Development, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Bluebeam for document management, drafting, and collaborative design review

Key Competencies:

• Assist in the preparation of civil site design plans and specifications.
• Support Senior Civil Engineers in the analysis and design of civil site projects.
• Utilize Civil 3D software to create and modify engineering drawings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Review and interpret project plans and engineering documents.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for project proposals.
• Proficiency in civil engineering design principles and practices
• Knowledge of Civil Site Design, highway design, earthwork
• Strong Knowledge of land development, stormwater management, site grading, site utilities, site geometrics, and site development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
