Job Description :

• Maintain good attendance and Good behavior towards your work.

  
  

• Wear proper PPE as instructed before entering workstation.

  
  

• Maintain the work area, clean, safe and organized (6S).

  
  

• Before start of the work check with line leader about production plan.

  
  

• Operate equipment safely and effectively follow safety procedure.

  
  

• Follow the instructions given by line leader & supervisor.

  
  

• Maintain shift timings & aviod unnecessary talk while working.

  
  

• Ensure the product meets quality standards and specifications.

  
  

• Raise Andon ( call line leader) in case of shortage of material, man, machine breakdown, any abnormalities & any kind of support required.

  
  

• Clean all vessels, work tables, equipment after work completion.

  
  

• Before & after filling check assemblies , do not send defect assembly.

  
  

• Ensure curing oven is pre colled before loading filled assembly trolley & switch on correct curing program.

  
  

• Do not spill chemical anywhere while working and dispose waste chemical in specified container.

  
  

• Do not open the running curing oven.

  
  

• Check all vessels are cleaned and good condition.

  
  

• Be cautious while handling chemical and take safety measures.

  
  

• Do not handover your work to other operator.

  
  

• Do not spill chemical on the floor and mix with other chemicals.

  
  

• Make sure to pressurize the vessel after each air purge.

  
  

• Check all assemblies for any bubbles and leaks. Do not send a defective assembly.
