L3 Clinical Application Specialist

You are responsible to

• Troubleshoot complex clinical applications issues as part of L3 R&D team and serve an expert in all the clinical areas of PACS( Picture Archiving and Communication System)
• Contribute to the product improvement identifying repeating issues patterns or other places of system improvement
• Training of regional application specialists on diagnostic client existing functionalities and new features
• Support production customers after the go-live and new implementation projects

To succeed in this role, you shall have the following skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in clinical domain, health industry leadership, health administration or related discipline required, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5 years' experience in the domain of clinical application consultant for medical applications, preferably radiology imaging viewers
• Good knowledge of medical standards, such as DICOM, HL7
• Good knowledge of the IT environments: Windows OS, installation of client-side applications, software configuration.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
