Productivity / Quality /Safety / Process Development & Correction

·Assembly/ Testing of machine as per desired TAKT

·Can resolve quality problems independently

·Set-up & adherence of Standard Operating Procedure

·Safety precautions during the Work

·Hands on experience on Operation and Testing of Mining & Tunnelling m/c

Daily review and reporting of Production targets. Make corrective action and focus on Assembly process improvements.

Skill Development

·Provide Adequate information to the co-workers & Supervisors

·Learning attitude and capability to impart training to other Team members.

·Can train the team members

·Sincere, Hardworking & Punctual at work
