Responsibilities

• Assist in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules (ITSM, TPRM, IRM, or others depending on business needs).
• Develop client scripts, Script Include, UI/Data policies, business rules, ACL’s and workflows under guidance from senior developers.
• Support the creation and maintenance of Service Catalog items and Request Workflows.
• Participate in platform upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
• Document technical changes, configurations, and development work.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical tasks.
• Monitor platform performance and support incident resolution related to ServiceNow.

Your Profile

• Required experience 2-4 years.

  
  

• Basic understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and core modules.

  
  

• Hands-on experience with JavaScript (client‑side and server‑side).

  
  

• Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JSON.

  
  

• Knowledge of ITIL concepts (Incident, Problem, Change Management).

  
  

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

  
  

• Ability to work in a team environment as well as Individual contributor and learn quickly.

  
  

• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

  
  

• Fluency in English is required both verbal and written
