Key Responsibilities

Utility Maintenance

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of utility equipment such as:

Air compressors,Chillers,HVAC systems,Cooling towers,Water pumps,Pneumatic systems.

Industrial piping systems

Monitor utility performance and ensure uninterrupted operation.

Diagnose mechanical faults and implement corrective actions.

Welding & Fabrication

Perform Arc Welding and TIG Welding .

Fabricate and repair utility support structures, frames, platforms, pipelines, and equipment bases.

Maintenance of pumps, valves, motors, conveyors, and mechanical assemblies.

Carry out alignment, fitting, assembly, and overhaul activities.

Support installation and commissioning of new equipment and utility systems.

Required Skills

Certification in Arc Welding and TIG Welding preferred.

Knowledge of utility maintenance systems.

Mechanical troubleshooting

Utility equipment maintenance

Pneumatic and hydraulic systems

Preventive and breakdown maintenance

Teamwork and problem-solving skills
