Key Competencies:

Responsibilities: End-to-End Execution: Own the full data conversion lifecycle, including data mapping, transformation, loading, and post-load reconciliation. ETL Leadership: Apply deep understanding of the ETL lifecycle to design scalable data pipelines and resolve complex data discrepancies. Tenant Management: Lead the configuration and execution of tenant builds for testing cycles (P0, P1, Gold). Tool Proficiency: Utilize Workday Cloud Loader and Customer Central to manage migrations, track project health, and automate loading processes. Data Integrity: Partner with functional leads to validate data against business requirements and ensure clean go-lives. Required Qualifications: Experience: 2+ full-lifecycle Workday implementations focused on Data Conversion; Workday Certification (Data Conversion or Integration – Implementer). Technical Skills: Expertise in Workday Cloud Loader and Customer Central. Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Finance, or Payroll data structures. Communication: Ability to translate technical challenges into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
