Java + Springboot Lead

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end design and development of backend services using Java, Core Java, Java EE, and Spring Boot.
* Architect, implement, and maintain microservices-based solutions with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.
* Collaborate with front-end teams (e.g., Angular) to design clear, efficient RESTful APIs and integration contracts.
* Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices in object-oriented design, testing, and security.
* Drive technical discussions, perform impact analysis, and provide effort estimates for new features and enhancements.
* Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes and improvements.
* Optimize application performance, including query tuning, caching strategies, and resource utilization.
* Mentor and guide junior developers, providing constructive feedback and supporting their technical growth.
* Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines and high-quality releases.
* Maintain clear technical documentation for services, APIs, and architectural decisions.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (BTech, BE, BSc, BCA, MTech, ME, MCA, MSc).
* 5-9 years of hands-on experience in backend development using Java and Core Java.
* Strong experience building applications with Spring Boot and related Spring ecosystem components.
* Proven experience designing and implementing microservices-based architectures.
* Solid understanding of Java EE concepts and enterprise application development patterns.
* Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with JSON/XML.
* Strong problem-solving skills, debugging capabilities, and familiarity with standard development tools (build, version control, IDEs).
