This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 1000000 - Rs 2500000 (ie INR 10-25 LPA) Min Experience: 6 years Location: Pune JobType: full-time We are looking for a Senior Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance applications across both frontend and backend layers.
This role requires a hands-on engineer who can design and develop modern user interfaces using React and TypeScript while also building robust backend systems using Java-based microservices architecture.
You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions—from crafting intuitive UI components to developing secure and scalable backend services.
The role demands a strong understanding of full stack engineering principles, microservices architecture, and cloud-ready application development.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to building reliable, maintainable, and user-focused applications in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using React, TypeScript, and Java Build dynamic and responsive user interfaces with a strong focus on usability and performance Develop and manage backend services using microservices architecture, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud Create and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend systems Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across systems Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to system design decisions Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack Continuously improve development processes, tools, and frameworks What Makes You a Great Fit 6+ years of experience in full stack development with strong exposure to microservices architecture Hands-on expertise in TypeScript and modern frontend development practices Experience in building scalable backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud Strong understanding of microservices design patterns and distributed systems Familiarity with React for building modern UI components (good to have) Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across frontend and backend Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on performance optimization Experience working in agile development environments Excellent collaboration and communication skills Ability to take ownership and deliver end-to-end solutions in a fast-paced setup
