We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with 5+ years of experience in building scalable microservices-based applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, SQL, REST APIs, and messaging systems (Kafka/IBM MQ), with exposure to AWS cloud environments.
Additionally, experience in data engineering, including Databricks, Apache Spark, and Apache Airflow, is highly desirable.
This role offers an opportunity to work in Capital Markets domain projects, helping build and enhance enterprise-grade applications. The role is primarily an Individual Contributor (IC) with strong ownership and growth potential.

As a Java Developer:

• Should be able to develop based on business requirements by effectively coordinating activities between business analysts, developers and testing team.

  
  

• Should demonstrate ownership, good analytical and quick learning capabilities

  
  

• Independently undertake critical development assignments across project areas.

  
  

• Collaborate with other roles/teams to deliver consistent and timely results with high quality

  
  

• Should have good working experience in Agile Scrum and CI/CD based projects

  
  

• Provides subject matter expertise in reviewing, analyzing, and resolving production issues

  
  

• Should possess good communication skills and should be able to work independently with minimal guidance

• 3-5 years’ experience of developing enterprise-grade application using Java, Spring

• Team player, detail oriented and self-motivated to drive work to proceed with minimal supervision
