What you'll build


  • In this role, you'll create scalable, end-to-end Data Products that serve as the backbone for transformative business decisions.
  • Moving beyond traditional reporting, you will design and develop robust data pipelines and analytical models using a modern technology stack that includes Python, Databricks, SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP HANA Cloud, and Azure Data Lake Storage. 
  • You will be responsible for the entire data engineering lifecycle, from raw data ingestion to consumption, ensuring best-practice data architectures that are production-grade, scalable, and future-ready.
  • By transforming complex data challenges into accessible and high‑performance solutions, you will empower teams with faster and smarter insights.
  • As a senior team member, you will proactively drive projects forward, collaborate closely with stakeholders, and identify inefficiencies. 
  • You will introduce automation and strategic improvements to maximize value for internal customers while thriving in an Agile/Scrum environment that values curiosity and continuous improvement. 


What you bring


  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in analytical or data engineering roles, ideally within consulting or development environments. 
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies. 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust across diverse teams. 

Technical Competencies 


  • Core Languages: Strong proficiency in Python (mandatory); Scala knowledge is a plus. 
  • Data Products: Experience designing and implementing scalable, end‑to‑end data products. 
  • Data Modeling: Expertise in analytical data modeling, data architectures, and large‑scale data pipelines. 
  • Database Skills: Advanced SQL and SAP HANA (or equivalent high‑performance databases). 
  • DevOps & Automation: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions) and Git‑based version control.

  – SAP Business Data Cloud 


  – SAP HANA Cloud 


  – Databricks 


  – Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS)
