About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated intern eager to learn and grow in the SaaS product space. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience with real-world product testing and configuration tasks, specifically for Platinum-tier client implementations. You'll have the opportunity to understand the inner workings of a SaaS platform, contribute to preparing testing scenarios, perform manual testing, and support product configuration, all while learning best practices in product quality and enterprise delivery.
This internship is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in SaaS product operations, testing methodologies, and client implementation workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and document end-to-end testing scenarios based on client requirements.
Perform manual product testing to ensure stability and functionality before client delivery.
Assist in configuring product modules as per business use cases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Product, and Implementation.
Track, document, and report bugs or inconsistencies with clear reproduction steps.
Support in maintaining product testing manuals and test case documentation.
Who You Are:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a passion for quality assurance.
Basic understanding of software development or testing processes.
Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Prior exposure to software testing or configuration is a plus, but not mandatory.
