Title : Intern (Civil Engineer)

Location : Bangalore, India.

Qualification: Civil Engineering Final Year Student / Graduate Civil Engineer with ongoing/applied Master’s in Environment or Water Resources

Technical Requirements: Knowledge of CAD, GIS and Hydraulic Modelling Software Water GEMS experience preferred.

Other Requirements: Good report writing and communication skills, exposure to Microsoft Excel calculation, charts and data tools. Basic experience in programming  in Python will be an advantage.

Work Description:

Intern will be responsible for analyzing CAD/GIS data, creating hydraulic models, preparing reports under the supervision of a hydraulic engineer. In addition the Intern will collect opensource data about the water industry and prepare data summary, maps and models to visualize the data.

Intern will gain experience in creating and reviewing water supply network plans, review and process water system monitoring data using programming and excel tools and will develop an understanding of key objectives and performance indicators of municipal water supply system.
