About Value & Risk Advisory Department:

A diverse team of professionals specializing in valuations, market studies, finance, economics, engineering, and urban planning. They provide accurate and reliable advice benchmarked against recent market developments with extensive research databases. The department serves corporates, investors, developers, government bodies, and financial institutions across South Asia. Services include strategic advisory, value & risk advisory, building consultancy, infrastructure advisory, and due diligence studies.

What this job involves:

• Conduct Market Survey: Analyze real estate market trends and opportunities

  
  

• Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data on property prices, market demand, and competitors

  
  

• Report Generation: Create reports and presentations using MS Office tools

  
  

• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to implement strategies.

  
  

• Special Projects: Assist in various projects assigned by the Team Lead.

  
  

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelors/Master’s degree

  
  

• Ready to do field visit

  
  

• Team player and to excel as an individual contributor if required

  
  

• Excellent communication skills

  
  

• Presentable

  
  

• Go getting attitude

  
  

• Self-Motivated

  
  

• Quick Learner

  
  

Estimated compensation for this position is: INR 15,000/month
