We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our global Marketing Operations team. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, technology and marketing and who can help build the infrastructure that will make our marketing campaigns smarter, lead management sharper and ABM more precise. You will own the data and analytics layer across our demand generation, paid media, ABM and lead management programs as we scale our marketing technology capabilities globally. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for turning data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Commercial Operations and the global marketing team with respect to analytics delivery, Salesforce ecosystem enhancements, and best practices.
Identify gaps in sales and marketing ecosystems and work with technical teams and business colleagues to plan, develop, test, and deploy solutions aimed at enhancing revenue growth and acceleration.
Work closely with Director of Integrated Marketing to understand strategic goals, identify and define workstreams, and coordinate with service providers to outline work breakdowns, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
Support the development of a global pipeline analysis, forecasting, and reporting initiative including contextualizing the data for business leadership.
Help deliver Salesforce-centered and marketing projects with analytics focus.
Implement intricate marketing attribution process to facilitate comprehensive reporting on Kroll customer journeys and projected outcomes.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of how the marketing customer journey can impact sales outcomes and drive revenue.
Collaborate with team members focused on Salesforce evolution, training and adoption, data management, and system administration.
Collaborate with Commercial Operations to build and maintain marketing performance dashboards and multi-touch attribution reports — giving demand generation, paid media and ABM teams regular, actionable visibility into pipeline contribution, campaign ROI, cost per lead, conversion rates and funnel velocity across all programs and markets.
Support the development of account-level data models for the ABM program aggregating intent signals, web engagement data and CRM activity into unified account views that show account tier progression tracking and timely sales activation across our key accounts and business lines.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience delivering marketing, sales, and revenue analysis to senior stakeholders, with a focus on actionable insights.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud) in a B2B environment.
Minimum 2 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, specifically Journey Builder, Audience Builder, and Analytics Builder.
Familiarity with Agentforce or other AI platforms, including terminology and potential use cases, strongly preferred.
Proven expertise in campaign management, email marketing, marketing ROI analysis, lead management and routing.
Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, paid search, and social media strategy.
Strong proficiency in marketing analytics tools including GA4, or equivalent with the ability to build dashboards and translate data into clear insights for both marketing and senior leadership audiences.
Familiarity with data privacy rules (GDPR etc.) and their marketing implications.
Experience in digital strategy and sales/marketing transformation.
Proficiency in creating Salesforce reports and dashboards.
Proficiency in Excel for marketing analytics and reporting, including campaign performance tracking and data manipulation.
Proficiency in SQL for querying, manipulating, and analyzing structured data across databases or marketing platforms preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
