Project Role : Integration Engineer
Project Role Description : Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Your role includes facilitating discussions around transformation initiatives and ensuring that the integration solutions effectively support the customer journey and operational needs. You will also work to bridge the gap between business objectives and technology capabilities, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across teams to deliver impactful results.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and propose innovative approaches to resolve them.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of integration solutions with overall project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Boomi Atomsphere Integration.
- Experience in designing and implementing complex integration workflows and data mappings.
- Strong knowledge of API management and web services.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize integration processes for performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms and middleware technologies.
- Skilled in collaborating with business analysts and technical teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Boomi Atomsphere Integration.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
