Project Role : Integration Engineer
Project Role Description : Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to offer expert guidance on business and system integration challenges. This role requires understanding client requirements thoroughly and translating them into practical technology and business solutions. The day includes facilitating discussions around transformation initiatives, mapping customer journeys, and designing functional and application frameworks that align with business objectives. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the implemented solutions meet the intended business needs is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering seamless integration and effective outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and propose innovative approaches to resolve them.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of integration strategies with business goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PO/PI & APIs Development.
- Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using SAP Process Orchestration and Process Integration tools.
- Strong understanding of API management, development, and lifecycle.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize integration processes to improve system performance.
- Familiarity with middleware technologies and enterprise service bus concepts.
- Skilled in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications for integration.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP PO/PI & APIs Development.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
