Experience:

• • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in BMS, CCTV, Access, FAS   installation, maintenance, and repair.

    
    

  • Hands-on experience with various BMS, CCTV, Access, FAS   systems and software (e.g., Siemens, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Schneider Electric).

    
    

• Technical Skills:

  
  

  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and building automation.

    
    

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.

    
    

  • Knowledge of network protocols and software programming related to BMS.

    
    

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Commissioning:

• Install BMS hardware and software components.

  
  

• Commission new systems and ensure they are configured and functioning as per the design specifications.

  
  

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

• Perform regular maintenance checks on BMS systems to ensure optimal performance.

  
  

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with BMS systems, including sensors, controllers, and software interfaces.

  
  

• Repair or replace faulty components and systems.

  
  

System Upgrades and Modifications:

• Implement system upgrades and modifications to improve functionality and efficiency.

  
  

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in BMS technology and integrate new solutions as appropriate.

  
  

Customer Support and Training:

• Provide technical support to clients and address any concerns or issues related to BMS systems.

  
  

• Conduct training sessions for clients and end-users on the operation and maintenance of BMS systems.

  
  

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including installation, maintenance, and repair work.

  
  

• Generate detailed reports on system performance, issues encountered, and solutions implemented.

  
  

Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure all BMS systems comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.

  
  

• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

  
  

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications in BMS, CCTV, Access, FAS   are a plus.
