Integrated Logistics Customer Onboarding - Technical Architect

The Technical Architect is the senior authority for OTM and ControLOG configuration, responsible for driving quality, governance, and standardization across Customer Onboarding and Run teams.

This role bridges Solution Leads and Configuration Specialists, ensuring consistent delivery across internal and subcontractor teams.

• Translate solution designs into clear, executable configuration work packages
• Review and validate configuration outputs to ensure quality and adherence to standards
• Lead and mentor Configuration Specialists (internal and external), including task allocation
• Manage subcontractor delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and SLA compliance
• Act as the SME for complex OTM configuration and logistics processes
• Collaborate with Solution, Engineering, Testing, and Integration teams for end-to-end delivery
• Support project tracking, risk identification, and issue resolution
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and knowledge sharing

• 7+ years of experience in OTM, TMS, or logistics systems configuration
• Proven experience leading teams or configuration workstreams
• Strong understanding of OTM configuration objects and logistics processes
• Experience managing vendors/subcontractors preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to translate functional designs into actionable tasks
• High attention to detail with strong documentation discipline
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• SQL/data analysis knowledge is an advantage
