RBAI has consistently added an average of one product every year resulting in a wide range of products comprising – Engine Control Units (ECU) for both 4W and 2W, Body Control Modules (BCM), ECUs for ABS, DC-DC Converters, iTraMS (Intelligent communication control unit) to name a few. • Provide technical support for logistics applications including SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing) and other software tools
• Diagnose and resolve software, system, and automation-related issues in real-time operations
• Assist in handling and supporting SAP modules related to logistics and plant operations
• Support testing of new IT solutions, upgrades, and patches before deployment
• Assist in implementation of IT, automation, and SAP-related projects within the plant
• Conduct training sessions on IT (Information Technology) and OT (Operational Technology) security awareness
• Manage, monitor, and maintain OT devices used in logistics operations
• Track, configure, and maintain IT assets such as systems, devices, and tools
• Work in rotational shifts (24×6) to ensure continuous support for logistics operations
• Provide regular updates, reports, and communication on system issues and performance
