Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions that protect systems, applications, and data.

  
  

• Bridge security, infrastructure, and business operations to enforce least‑privilege access, automate identity lifecycle processes, and support compliance requirements.

  
  

• Work across identity governance, access management and privileged access management platforms, supporting both on‑premises and cloud environments.

  
  

• Improve security posture, audit readiness, and user experience through automation and standardized access controls.

  
  

• Participate in ongoing technology evaluations and keep up with technology trends and industry standards.

  
  

• Work closely with key stakeholders to understand requirements and drive the design, development, and implementation of improvements to our IAM systems.

  
  

• Collect and qualify required artifacts, develop test plans, and lead application implementation efforts to guarantee success.

  
  

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or any other related discipline.

  
  

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or data architecture roles.

  
  

• Experience with Identity & Access Management / Privileged Access Management solutions in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

  
  

• Expertise in designing and managing identity lifecycle, authentication, and authorization (e.g., SSO, MFA).

  
  

• Proficiency with IAM/PAM solutions like SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, or BeyondTrust.

  
  

• Understanding of regulations impacting access control (e.g., GDPR, SOX, NIST 800-53).

  
  

• Familiarity with directories (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP), cloud platforms, and APIs for identity management.

  
  

• Proficiency in automation and scripting languages to streamline IAM/PAM processes.
