Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate/Process Developer – HR Services Operations Coordinator- Low Medium Complexity | Transactional Execution
Role Purpose
Support transactional HR activities with high accuracy and adherence to defined processes and SLAs.
Responsibilities
• Generate standard HR reports and maintain trackers
• Support document creation using templates
• Perform data entry, validation, and system updates
• Maintain employee records and digital filing (DPA)
• Handle basic HR queries and ticket routing
• Monitor and distribute group mailbox emails
• Support onboarding data setup and administrative tasks
• Assist in payroll access and password processes
Systems Used:
Good to have: - ServiceNow, Workday, BMD; HR‑Suite; Excel; Outlook MS Teams; SharePoint
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
• Basic HR or administrative experience and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in HRMS systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Willingness to work 5 days from office in client specific shift.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Preference of an understanding of Workday module
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and statutory requirements.
• Strong preference for candidates with European experience.
• Familiarity with enterprise service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is essential for this role.
• Certification in HR management is a plus.
