This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 100000 - Rs 200000 (ie INR 1-2 LPA) We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Technical Recruiter to join our team in Raipur.

The role focuses on identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent while supporting end-to-end recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment.
As a Technical Recruiter, you will work closely with hiring managers and business teams to understand hiring needs and deliver suitable candidates.
You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines, ensuring a smooth candidate experience, and contributing to the organization’s growth by hiring the right talent.
Key Responsibilities Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role expectations Schedule interviews and manage communication between candidates and internal teams Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress using internal systems Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical candidates for current and future roles Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms Stay updated on industry trends and talent market insights Support onboarding coordination and documentation processes when required What Makes You a Great Fit Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR functions Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of technical roles or willingness to learn Strong organizational and coordination abilities Proactive mindset with attention to detail Familiarity with job portals and social media platforms is an advantage Ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
