About the Role This role offers an opportunity to build a strong foundation in HR and Talent Acquisition while supporting the growth of Tecsys’ India operations.
As an early-career HR professional, you will contribute to end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations, working closely with hiring managers and global teams.
The role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, globally connected environment.
What You’ll Do Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Support the full recruitment lifecycle for India-based roles, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination Partner with local hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a professional, responsive, and positive candidate experience Coordinate interviews, track feedback, and support timely follow-up with candidates Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers in the applicant tracking system Support intern programs and other early-career recruitment initiatives HR Generalist and Operational Support Assist with onboarding activities, including documentation, background checks, and new hire coordination Maintain employee records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality Respond to basic employee HR inquiries and escalate complex matters to the HRBP team or CHRO as appropriate Support HR reporting, trackers, and operational documentation Experience and Qualifications Ideally 1-2 years of experience through internships Demonstrated exposure to recruitment processes Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or in process of obtaining) Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail Clear, professional communication skills Comfort working with HR systems, ATS tools, and Microsoft Office High learning agility, accountability, and a collaborative mindset This role will require you to be based in Bengaluru.
