About Lokal : In 2018, we began with a WhatsApp group with a simple hypothesis: people in tier-2/3 towns weren’t really using the internet meaningfully yet.
We believed that if we started with local content in their own language, they’d come back every day; once there was a habit and trust, that same space could naturally grow into classifieds and, eventually, something they used for almost everything online.

This role is ideal for candidates who are strong in data handling, presentation skills, and have hands-on experience with AI tools.
Key Responsibilities Collect, organize, and maintain HR-related data (recruitment, attendance, performance, etc.
). Prepare accurate and timely HR reports and dashboards for management review.
Design professional presentations and reports using PowerPoint Assist in analyzing workforce trends and generating insights Utilize AI tools to improve reporting, automation, and data processing.
Support HR operations and administrative tasks as required Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field Strong data handling and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to create clear and visually appealing reports and dashboards.
Hands-on experience with AI tools for data analysis, reporting, or automation.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Preferred Skills (Optional) Knowledge of HR metrics and KPIs.
Experience with reporting tools (e.
g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Basic understanding of HR systems (HRIS).
