6+ years of experience in System Administration / Infrastructure Support
Administer, configure, and support HPE NonStop (Guardian) Operating Systems in production and enterprise environments.
Manage system installation, upgrades, patches, security hardening, and performance tuning.
Monitor system health, capacity, storage, and batch/job processing to ensure high availability and stability.
Perform incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis for critical production issues.
Handle disaster recovery (DR) planning, testing, and execution, including backups and restore procedures.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and performance issues across NonStop and Linux environments.
Work on change management, system documentation, SOPs, and compliance records.
Collaborate with application teams, vendors, and cross‑functional global teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions.
Support 24×7 production environments, including on‑call and weekend support when required.
