The role also includes basic cooking responsibilities for staff, ensuring a well-managed and hygienic workspace.
Key Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning activities including sweeping, mopping, and dusting of all areas Clean and sanitize furniture, equipment, and glass surfaces regularly Maintain washroom cleanliness and ensure hygiene standards are consistently met Prepare simple meals for staff (lunch) and manage basic kitchen activities Handle waste disposal and ensure proper cleanliness practices are followed Support pantry and kitchen upkeep, ensuring organized and clean spaces Ensure overall hygiene and cleanliness in line with a clinical environment Assist with any additional housekeeping tasks as required What Makes You a Great Fit Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is preferred Basic cooking skills for preparing simple meals Strong sense of cleanliness, hygiene, and attention to detail Punctual, honest, and hardworking attitude Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently Willingness to maintain high hygiene standards in a professional environment Reliable and responsible with a positive work ethic
