This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 400000 - Rs 600000 (ie INR 4 - 6 LPA) Min Experience: 1 years Location: Bengaluru JobType: full-time This position assists the Growth Operations Manager in implementing and optimizing acquisition funnels, campaign operations, and internal growth systems.
The emphasis is on maintaining consistent execution, accurate data tracking, and ongoing enhancement via systematic experimentation.
You will be responsible for converting strategy into action across marketing, CRM, and product-led growth efforts.
Key Responsibilities 1) Campaign & Growth Execution Implement campaigns across paid, organic, CRM (email/WhatsApp), and referral channels.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure campaigns launch on schedule.
Monitor and report on campaign performance.
2) Funnel & CRM Operations Oversee the complete lead lifecycle (capture → routing → follow-ups → conversion tracking).
Maintain CRM cleanliness and ensure accurate attribution (UTMs, source tracking).
Detect and highlight points of funnel drop-off.
3) Analytics & Reporting Create and update dashboards (Sheets/Looker) for key metrics such as CAC, conversions, and funnel performance.
Provide regular weekly reports and actionable insights to assist decision-making.
4) Experimentation Support Set up and monitor A/B tests across landing pages, creatives, and messaging.
Document hypotheses, outcomes, and key learnings.
Ensure that insights are applied across various campaigns.
5) Self-Serve Funnel Support Assist with execution of self-checkout and direct purchase funnels.
Help manage landing pages, checkout processes, and post-purchase customer journeys.
Track conversion data and recommend improvements.
6) Content & Lead Magnet Operations Support the deployment of lead magnets such as tests, resources, and tools.
Ensure these are integrated with capture funnels and CRM systems.
Coordinate with content teams to facilitate distribution.
Must-Haves Minimum of 1 year experience in Growth, Marketing Operations, Business Operations, or related areas.
Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets for data handling and basic analysis.
Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar.
Basic knowledge of marketing funnels and related metrics.
Strong attention to detail and disciplined execution.
Good-to-Haves Familiarity with analytics platforms like GA4, Mixpanel, or similar.
Experience in EdTech, D2C, courses, or subscription-based businesses.
Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
Experience supporting A/B testing processes.
Understanding and use of AI automation tools.
What Success Looks Like 0–3 months: Campaigns are executed reliably and delivered on time.
CRM and funnel tracking are accurate and well-maintained.
Consistent weekly reporting that supports decision-making.
3–6 months: Achieved clear visibility into funnel performance and identified drop-off points.
Established a regular cadence for experimentation.
Self-serve funnels and lead magnet operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Revenue growth approximately doubling month-over-month for self-checkout courses and similar offerings.
