Overview Role Overview We are looking for a Martech Growth Manager who will be responsible for driving the adoption and growth of Martech solutions across client businesses. This role will combine consulting, client engagement, and business growth responsibilities, ensuring clients maximize the value of their marketing technology investments. The role requires someone who understands the Martech ecosystem, digital marketing landscape, and data-driven marketing strategies, and can translate technology capabilities into tangible business outcomes for clients 3 Best Things About the Job You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, gaining exposure to the latest tools and innovations in Martech, data, and AI-driven marketing. You will be at the forefront of driving Martech adoption for some of the top brands, helping them unlock greater value through data, technology, and customer experience transformation. You will help shape Martech strategies and solution roadmaps for clients, playing a key role in both implementation and business growth. In This Role, Your Goals Will Be In Three Months Understand the Martech landscape across key client accounts and identify opportunities to increase adoption. Support new business pitches and proposal development where Martech solutions are involved. Begin contributing to solution design discussions for Martech implementations and integrations. Build relationships with internal teams and start developing direct client relationships. Deepen expertise in specific Martech platforms, data ecosystems, and marketing automation tools. In Six Months Take ownership of Martech growth initiatives across key accounts. Lead discussions with clients around Martech strategy, implementation, and optimization opportunities. Identify and articulate cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Martech products and services. Contribute to revenue growth through solution-led conversations and proposals. Become a key client-facing point of contact for Martech-related discussions. In Twelve Months Independently lead Martech consulting and growth initiatives for multiple client accounts. Act as a trusted advisor to clients on Martech strategy, data activation, and marketing transformation. Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the Martech stack. Play an active role in winning new business and expanding existing accounts. Responsibilities What Your Day Job Will Look Like Meeting with clients and internal teams to understand business challenges and identify Martech opportunities. Driving Martech adoption across client accounts by identifying use cases and growth opportunities. Supporting new business pitches and solution proposals with Martech capabilities. Leading client discussions and presentations around Martech solutions and architecture. Collaborating with strategy, consulting, and technology teams to design and deploy Martech solutions. Identifying opportunities for cross-sell and expansion of Martech products and services. Staying updated with latest Martech, data, and AI-driven marketing innovations. Preferred Skills & Experience 6+ years of experience in Martech consulting, marketing technology implementation, or digital transformation roles. Strong understanding of the Martech ecosystem and digital marketing technology landscape. Hands-on exposure to Martech tools and platforms and understanding of how they integrate with data ecosystems. Martech Platforms Experience Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) / Adobe Experience Cloud Salesforce (Marketing Cloud / Data Cloud) Google Analytics (GA4) MoEngage CleverTap Claviyo Knowledge Areas Customer Data Platforms (CDP) Marketing Automation Customer Journey Orchestration Personalization and audience activation Marketing analytics and measurement Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Marketing, or related field. Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and personalization strategies. Experience working with Martech implementations or consulting environments (agency, consulting, or product ecosystem). Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
