This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing for brands, experimenting with new-age AI tools, and handling multiple creative tasks across social media, campaigns, websites, and digital content.
You will work closely with the creative and strategy teams to bring ideas to life through clean, engaging, and brand-aligned visuals.
What You’ll Get Done The core scope of work will be designing social media creatives, campaign posts, ad creatives, and digital marketing assets.
Support website visuals, landing page graphics, and other digital content requirements.
Contribute ideas across brands by staying attuned to social media trends, design styles, and social media formats.
Assist with basic video editing for reels, ads, and other short-form content.
Use AI tools regularly for creative exploration, image generation, design support, and faster execution.
Manage multiple design tasks while meeting timelines.
Adapt designs based on feedback, campaign needs, and evolving client requirements.
Learn to work with an AI and idea-driven team that uses new technology to improve both speed and quality of creative output.
What Qualifies You Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and other design tools.
A portfolio that shows a good sense of design, branding, and digital creative execution.
Basic video editing knowledge using Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Canva, or similar tools.
Interest in using AI tools for creative research, image generation, layout exploration, and execution.
Your Skill Stack Strong sense of typography, layout, spacing, colour & composition, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to create clean, polished, and brand-consistent visuals.
Proactive with research and learning of social media trends and platform requirements.
Ability to take feedback constructively and course correct.
Organized approach to managing files, versions, and deadlines.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with ownership.
Ability to communicate and good English adaptability to work with AI tools.
A Plus Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animation.
Exposure to brands in education, FMCG, lifestyle, food, or digital-first businesses.
Understanding of basic UI/UX principles.
Familiarity with AI tools like Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT, Runway, Canva AI, Higgsfield, Flow, or similar platforms.
Interest in marketing, advertising, and campaign-led creative work.
Ability to understand the structure of a story to understand and translate brand communications and objectives into visual storytelling.
