GenAI/Copilot Agent Developer

We are seeking a skilled Generative AI Agent Developer to design and build custom Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI Foundry. You'll collaborate closely with collaborators to address complex issues, build innovative solutions, and deploy groundbreaking AI applications.

• Design and build custom Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Analyze symptoms and pinpoint the root cause of intricate client issues brought up by various customers and end-users.
• Perform user consulting for any new / existing requirements coming from business.
• Understanding business requirements and developing product functional and technical requirements.
• Development and implementation of new applications.
• Enforce a high-quality customer service culture.
• Stay up to date with technological changes in the industry with internal and external training.

• Proven experience in GenAI development, preferably with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI Foundry with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic AI principles.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps and Automate), M365 and SharePoint integrations
• Good to have Co-Pilot hands on and knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills within a global environment
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations; Good organizational skills.
• Clear, logical, and effective verbal/written communication skills.
• High responsiveness and keen perception.
• Organized, ability to work independently and within a team to achieve given objectives
