JOB SUMMARY

Avid Technology is looking for a Full Stack Sitecore Developer to design, build, and support enterprise web platforms powered by Sitecore. This role is ideal for an experienced developer who is comfortable working across backend, frontend, integrations, and cloud environments. 

You will play a key role in delivering scalable, high-performance solutions and guiding best practices across teams. 

This position is based in India on a Remote work set-up with a schedule of 01:00 – 10:00 PM India Standard Time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop solutions using Sitecore XP/XM.
• Build custom components, templates, pipelines, and integrations.
• Implement headless solutions using modern frontend frameworks such as React and Next.js.
• Develop and consume REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Integrate Sitecore with CRM, ecommerce, and other enterprise systems.
• Deploy and manage solutions in cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure.
• Optimize performance, caching, search, and indexing.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Mentor junior developers and promote development standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related field.
• At least 5+ years of experience in full stack development and .NET ecosystem.
• Strong expertise in Sitecore (XP/XM 9+), including headless implementations
• Solid experience in C#, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Core
• Prior experience with REST and GraphQL APIs, and Azure cloud platforms
• Prior working knowledge with Sitecore CLI, serialization, content deployment, and enterprise environments

Aside from the minimum qualifications stated above, the ideal candidate shall also possess the following technical and analytical skills:

• Experience with Coveo or similar headless search solutions, and Sitecore CDP/personalization features
• Familiarity with Docker, Azure AKS, and DevOps tools (containerization)
• Sitecore certifications are a plus
• Experience using project management tools like JIRA
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with ability to mentor and work cross-functionally
