Project Role : Full Stack Engineer
Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

Good to have skills : ASP.NET MVC

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive features that span both the user interface and backend systems. The role requires actively contributing to the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Working within an agile environment, the engineer collaborates closely with various teams to address complex business challenges, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of the entire system from front-end to back-end components.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions that meet business requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development, ASP.NET MVC.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with ASP.NET MVC.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience in developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies in a cloud-first environment.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
