Project Role : Full Stack Engineer
Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. The engineer collaborates with various teams to innovate and apply emerging technologies, focusing on delivering solutions that enhance client services. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions that align with project goals.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely delivery and quality of software products.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Apache Kafka.
- Strong experience in developing responsive user interfaces and integrating them with backend services.
- Expertise in building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies to support scalable applications.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Experience with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
