Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the integration of new technologies to improve system functionality and performance.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of software development principles and best practices across front-end and back-end technologies.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms and services to design scalable and resilient systems.
- Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance and security.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Solution Architecture.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
