Project Role : Full Stack Engineer
Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

Good to have skills : Spring Boot, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture, AWS Architecture

Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves taking ownership of the complete development lifecycle of system features, ensuring seamless integration from the user interface to backend functionality. The role requires actively contributing to the design and implementation of innovative solutions that enhance client services. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to adopt emerging technologies and applies a cloud-first and agile approach to address complex business challenges effectively. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software components.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams to align project goals and expectations.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to development processes and tools to enhance productivity.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot, AWS Architecture, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable backend services.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and deployment models.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry standards.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Standard Edition.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
