The engineer embraces emerging technologies and applies a cloud-first, agile approach to address complex business challenges, collaborating closely with various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality software products.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable software components to meet project requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries related to React.js development.
- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end integration techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud-based development environments and deployment processes.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing web applications for performance and scalability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in React.js.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
